Blind men and the elephant
The case for system thinking.
Systems thinking, seeing the interconnectedness of the whole and its parts, " seeing the forest for the trees", a holistic perspective informs my work.

The story of AGR began in Cambridge, England. Brad Rendle was studying global systems of innovation. Originally from New England, his journey of trans-Atlantic business practice expanded in awareness.
He discovered the significance of systems thinking; a perspective of the whole. This was how he thinks and the lens through which he sees the world and organizations.
Brad's studies in organizational systems and culture brought into focus that a system was only as effective as its resources, particularly its people. AGR was founded to meet this need.
In the twenty years since, AGR has provided systems thinking informed strategic advice and resources to businesses, technology firms, natural resource enterprises, investors and non-profit organizations on both sides of "the pond" and beyond.
